RV Campsites

Type: Back-in and pull-through

Pad surface: Asphalt

Pad length/width: 46-59 feet long by 10 feet wide

Hookups: Water, sewer, electric, cable

Amperage available: 30/50

Site amenities: Fire ring ($25 fee assessed if not cleaned out prior to check-out), grill, picnic table

Check-in: 12 noon to 9 p.m. daily CT (no registration available after 9 p.m.); check in at the back gate on Lyndon Road. If not checked in by 9pm Campers will have to dry dock for the night across the street from the registration building in the parking lot unit 9am the next day. If Camper is not coming the day of their check in they need to call by 9pm to change their arrival date or canceled there reservations. Otherwise the camper will be charged a $25.00 no show fee.

Check-out: 11 a.m. CT

Other notes: Shower/bath house available on site.

Quit Time: 10pm - 9am

Pets: 2 household pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash or tied up and shall not be left unattended.

Guest limit: 7 people per site

Additional Info: RV sites may have 1 tent on the site along with the RV.


Wilderness Tent Campsites

  • Tent sites may have 2 tents.
  • Amenity in the tenting area: each site has electoral hook up and there are 2 water faucets to get water at.
  • If debris or garbage is left on a site there will be a $25.00 charge for cleaning the site.
  • On site amenities: Landry at the clubhouse (Charge), 4 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 5 outdoor hot tubs, 5 playground areas, basket ball court, tennis courts, shuffle board, baseball field, mini golf, paddle boats, horse shoe pits, beanbag toss, 2 volleyball areas, game room, 27 hole golf course, and scheduled activities.

Booking Guidelines

  • Owners/ guest can stay 14 days at one time. Then owners/ guest have to leave for 1 week before they can stay again.
  • Owners may have 3 reservation on the books at one time. A reservation is anything from 1 -7 days.
  • Owners may book a 4th reservation no more than 10 days from the date they would like to check in.
  • Owners may book a 5th reservation 48 hr. from date they would like to check in. (bonus reservation at the rate of $15.00 per night plus tax)
  • Bonus rate for Association owners: $15.00 per night plus tax for RV site, $6.00 per night plus tax for tent site.
  • Vacation Club can book using their points.
  • Vacation Club rate for RV $55.00 per night plus tax, Tent $20.00 per night plus tax.
  • Rental rates for the RV area is $55.00 per night plus tax.
  • Rental rate for the wilderness area is $20.00 per night plus tax & $50.00 for weekends (Friday & Saturday) and Holidays.
